Any activity conducted from your Account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your sole responsibility unless the unauthorised access resulted from judilink's own negligence or system failure.
judilink may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal request, or if suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting judilink's customer support team. judilink reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is detected, where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation, or where judilink determines that continued access presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
judilink accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, judilink, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or any other loss or damage of any nature, whether arising under contract, tort, or otherwise.
judilink does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While judilink takes reasonable steps to ensure Platform availability, unscheduled downtime may occur. judilink will not be liable for any bets voided, transactions delayed, or losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.
